You may optionally create a watchlist account on amebe.ch (email address, password, optional name) to receive emails when an artist you watch has a new upcoming video or a new upcoming event. Confirmation and notification emails are sent from dashboard@amebe.ch. We store the account, the artists you watch, and your notification preferences in our database. Passwords are stored as hashes, not in plain text.
You can unwatch an artist from your account page or from the unsubscribe link in each notification. To delete the account entirely, sign in at /account/ and use Delete account, or email info@amebe.ch.
Registered artists may receive transactional emails from dashboard@amebe.ch, for example a reminder to complete their hometown on their profile. These messages are sent only in connection with your artist account on amebe.ch.
Some HTML emails may include a small invisible image (tracking pixel) and links that pass through our server before redirecting you to the dashboard. This helps us see whether a reminder was opened or the call-to-action was clicked. We store only aggregate timestamps and counts (e.g. first open, number of opens) linked to the send — not the content of your mailbox. Many email clients block images by default or preload them automatically, so open statistics are approximate.
When you use an artist's booking form, we store your contact and event details in that artist's dashboard and email them to the address the artist chose for booking notices. We send a receipt to your email address. The artist and explicitly authorized support staff can access the request; it is not used for newsletters. Requests and related delivery records are removed by our scheduled cleanup after 12 months without an update. To reduce abuse, we keep a keyed hash of the request source for up to 24 hours. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking.
Press photos and approved documents become publicly downloadable only when the artist publishes them. ZIP presskit packages contain public profile information and selected material. Unpublished uploads are stored privately. Artists can withdraw or delete their material; copies already downloaded by others cannot be recalled.
When you use our contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, message) is used solely to process your enquiry. This data is not stored, shared with third parties, or used for any other purpose.
We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our contact form from spam and abuse. This service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Our shop displays products via the Shopify Storefront API. When you add items to your
cart, a cart identifier may be stored locally in your browser
(localStorage) so your cart can be restored on return visits. amebe GmbH
does not operate its own order database on this website.
When you proceed to checkout, you are redirected to Shopify’s checkout pages. Shopify processes personal data required for the order (e.g. name, delivery address, email, payment information) as an independent data processor or controller. Production and shipping are handled by Printful, which receives order and shipping data from Shopify as needed to fulfil your order.
